用交流法研究高聚物涂层的耐蚀性

摘    要:研究了涂覆在铁板上的纯高聚物涂层在质量分数为0.03的氯化钠水溶液中的交流电容、电阻特性,以及与涂层耐蚀性的关系。从涂层的电容测量值计算了涂层的电阻以及电阻随介质浸渍时间的变化。理论值与实验值吻合,说明涂层的电容实验值与电阻实验值一样可作为评价涂层的抗蚀性能的重要参量。结果表明:用固化度较高的固化剂和活性稀释剂制备涂层,有利于提高涂层耐蚀性;电阻时变率随涂层度的增加变快。

Abstract:Alternating current impedance and corrosion resistance of polymer coatings on sheet iron have been investigated in aqueous solution of NaCl with mass ratio of 0. 03.The time dependence of the resistance was calculated by experimental value of the capacitance.Thoretical and experimental results are coincident very well.Experiments showed that the capacitance is an important parameter of evaluating corrosion resistance. The results showed that polymer coatings prepared by using solidifying agent of higher solidity and activity thinner are helpful to increasing corrosion resistance.the dR/dt increases with the thickness of coating.
