正交试验法在前翼子板成形数值模拟中的应用

摘    要:该文根据正交试验原理,应用板料成形软件PamStamp2G对不同压边力、模具与板料间摩擦系数、凸凹模间隙和板料初始尺寸进行数值模拟,将数值模拟的厚度同实际成形件的厚度进行比较,得出上述因素对前翼子板成形结果的影响,并预测了前翼子板较优的理论成形条件。

Abstract:According to the principle of orthogonal test, using Pamstamp 2G (one of the sheet metal forming CAE systems), front wing with different blank holder force, friction coefficients between tools and blank sheets, gap between die and punch, and initial size of blank sheet are numerically simulated. The simulated thickness is compared with practical thickness. The effects of above factors are obtained. The optical theoretical forming condition is predicted.
