| 摘 要： | 通过参考和借鉴国内外志愿服务的现实经验,依据文献资料,分析志愿服务这项事业在蓬勃发展的背后出现＂行政化、＂＂形式化＂、＂临时性＂、＂运动化＂等隐忧的原因,揭示出大学生志愿服务在公民社会视野下面对社会转型、经济转轨和全球化、国际化的要求,将朝着社会化、体系化、法制化、多元化、专门化方向发展的趋势。 |

| Abstract: | By learning from volunteer service experiences at home and abroad,the thesis expounds anxiety and reasons for administration,form,provisionality and movement behind booming volunteer service according to analysis of related literatures.It reveals the development trend of college students＇ volunteer service toward socialization,systematization,legalization,diversification and specialization under the vision of social transformation,economic transition and globalization and international requirements. |
