| 摘 要： | 透红外导电膜在夜视光学仪器中有着重要应用。我们在研制过程中推行QC,采用正交试验和电子计算机模拟,大大缩短了研制周期,成功地利用真空蒸镀法,制备了一批优质透红外导电膜,其光学和电学参数超过了国外同类产品。
