摘    要:传统注浆设计多以定性分析为主,设计缺乏准确性,极易造成不必要的投资成本及施工工程量。以黄岛地下水封洞库渗水超标部位为工程背景,运用层次分析法建立完整的注浆设计优化方案,对水封洞库两种注浆方案进行定性与定量评比分析,评比结果科学、有效。研究结果表明:投资成本、施工工程量和施工进度对注浆方案的影响最大。注浆设计应遵循低成本、高效率、快施工的原则。

Analytic Hierarchy Process Applied in the Grouting Design Optimization of Water Sealed Caverns

Abstract:The traditional grouting design gives priority to qualitative analysis and lacks accuracy, which easily cause waste in investment cost and construction quantity. Analytic hierarchy process was applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the two kinds of grouting scheme by establishing a complete grouting design optimization in the Huangdao water sealed underground cavern where the seepage site was excessive. The appraisal results are sci- entific and effective. The results show that the cost of investment, construction and construction schedule of quanti- ty are the three elements that influence grouting scheme most. Therefore, grouting design should follow the princi- ple of low cost, high efficiency and fast construction.
