| 摘 要： | 为了更好地控制SMA混合料上面层的压实度,文章对最大理论相对密度的2种不同方法(真空法和溶剂法)进行了试验研究。结果表明,从平行试验误差、试验值的稳定程度和波动范围3方面综合判断,可以准确测定SMA混合料最大理论相对密度;指出了现行规程存在的缺陷和不足;提出了试验修正过程和三氯乙烯相对密度的标定以及回收再利用问题。 |

| Abstract: | In order to effectively control the degree of compaction of the upper layer of Stone Mastic Asphalt(SMA) mixtures in Anhui Province,the theoretical maximum specific gravity is employed as one of technological standards of pavement density.The Rice method and the trichloroethylene(TCE) method for measuring the theoretical maximum specific gravity of SMA mixtures are researched experimentally.Results show that the theoretical maximum specific gravity can be exactly determined via comprehensive judging of parallel test difference and the stability and fluctuation scope of test values.In addition,the shortcomings of the current specification are pointed out,and the test modification course about the Rice method and the marking and reusing question about the TCE method are discussed. |
