食品添加剂琥珀酸钠的红外差谱定量研究

摘    要:1 引言食品添加剂是指在食品的加工、生产和保存过程中添加到食品中期望达到某种目的的物质。这些物质本身不一定均有食用目的,但具有保存食品营养、防止腐败变质、增强食品感官性状或提高食品质量作用。然而,有些添加剂有一定毒性,要严格控制用量。示差光谱程序作用,是以最佳定量准确性和速度从一幅光谱中减去另一幅光谱。为此必须从混合物光谱中减去正确分量的本底光谱。这种对本底光谱的改变比例可以消除本底和混合物光谱浓度或试样厚度的差别,把真正的化学差别突出显示出来。操作者可以选择一个初始的比例因数,

Abstract:This essay is to report a research on quantitative analysis of disodium succinate in food additi-ves by P-E Model 1730 FT-IR Spectrometer. The auth rs first selecti an initial proportional factor, and then view the motive difference spectrum while chang ing the factor by man-machine conversation. By this way we can minus the background of a complicated mixture quickly. When a difference factor was fixed, autocorrect the background of a continuous scaning spectrum can be obtained. It is proved by experenments that this inferred difference spectroscope quantitative me-thod is precise, simple, and satisfactiry.
