甘蔗糖蜜发酵高麦角固醇酵母

摘    要:采用麦角固醇产量高、生长周期短、有应用潜力的酵母为菌株,以甘蔗糖蜜为培养基,通过正交实验优化发酵条件,并在500 L发酵罐进行中试放大试验.结果表明,培养48 h,麦角固醇含量可达2.39 g/1OOg菌体干重,生物量为1.79 g/lOOmL发酵液.

Abstract:The production of ergosterol with sugarcane molasses was studied in this paper. The fermentation conditions were optimized by orthogonal design.The pilot test was performed at 500 L fermentation tank.The content of ergosterol reached 2.39 g/100g dry cells,and the biomass was 1.79 g/100mL medium.
