| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of designing an integrated information system for coal-fired power plants in the reforming of the electric power industry. It includes the data integration, which will establish a center data warehouse through data agents, and the application system integration, which will establish an integrative information system by intranet technology, and recombining soft units, which will set up a flexible application system that adapt itself to BPR (business process re-engineering). |
