系统性红斑狼疮尸检病例病理研究

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的临床病理特点、死亡原因.方法对3例SLE尸检材料进行收集与整理,并对其临床资料与病理变化进行回顾性分析.结果 SLE可侵犯多个器官,以肾脏、心脏及皮肤为主.SLE的病变主要表现为肾脏的狼疮性肾炎、心脏的非细菌性疣赘性心内膜炎与非细菌性纤维素性心外膜炎、皮肤面部的蝶形红斑.另一方面,3例SLE均伴有肺部的继发感染.结论 SLE可导致全身多个器官广泛病变,其临床表现与病理变化复杂多样.肾功能衰竭与肺部感染是SLE患者的死亡原因.

Pathological Research on Autopsy Cases of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) ,and causes of death in patient with SLE. Method The medical records and autopsy results of 3 cases with SLE were collected and arranged and the clinical data and pathological changes were retrospectively analyzed. Results Almost organs showed different degrees of damage,especially in kidney,heart and skin. There were 3 cases of pulmonary infection. The lesions of SLE were mainly lupus nephritis in kidney, nonbacterial verrucous endocarditis and nobecterial fibrinous pericarditis in heart,and erythematous butterfly blush in skin. Conclusion SLE may lead different damages of many organs in human body. The changes of its clinical and pathological manifestation are complicated. Renal failure and pulmonary infection are common causes of death in patient with SLE.
