镁合金无铬阳极氧化工艺的研究现状

摘    要:阳极氧化是铗及铗合金有效的表面防护处理方法.传统工艺采用铬酸盐溶液对铗合金进行阳极氧化形成的氧化膜含有高污染且不易沉降的铬离子而污染环境.因此国内外都在进行无铬阳极氧化方面的研究。本文对国内外铗合金的无铬阳极氧化处理的现状进行了综述.

Abstract:Using chromate solution, anodization is a traditional method of processing magnesium and its alloys. However, the hexavalent chromium in chromate anodic film formed during the processing is harmful to environment. Researchers at home and abroad, therefore, turn to chromium-free anodization, which is environment-friendly. This paper is a review of the status quo of the new research trend.
