人力资源管理课程教学方法改革与实践

摘    要:人力资源管理课程的教学方法改革要紧紧围绕人才培养目标,即培养为地方经济建设服务的适用性人才来进行。改革课程教学方法应以培养学生自主学习的能力、踏实的实践能力、创造性的工作能力为核心,这样人力资源管理课程才具活力,才能使其培养的人才适应社会经济发展的需要。

Abstract:teaching methods reformation of HRM(Human Resource Management) should aim at the objective of education,which is to train qualified talents for the economy development.The reformed teaching methods of HRM may focus on cultivating the abilities of students in several aspects,such as independent study ability,practical ability,and innovative working ability etc.Meanwhile,diversity teaching methods deserve to be sought.
