| 摘 要： | 短波通信设备简单、应用灵活,且具备通信距离远、抗毁能力强及运行成本低等优点,因此无论是在民用还是军用通信领域,短波通信都是一种十分重要通信手段。随着科学技术的不断发展,尤其是第三代短波通信网络体系的建立,短波通信产生的一些新技术,使得短波通信能力提高到了一个新的水平。
