Analysis of Necessity and Feasibility of University Graduates' Going down to Grass-roots Unit

Nowadays,problems about agriculture,rural area and peasants have been the imperatively ones on the way to new situations of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.To build new socialist countryside has been proposed at the fifth plenary session of the sixteenth conference of CPC.This will for sure promote prompt solutions to problems about agriculture,rural area and peasants.To realize the strategic aim,talent is the key point.With the advantages on concept,knowledge and technique,having objective conditions of utilizing the advantages in rural area,university graduates' being guided to go down to grass-roots unit is an important solution to building new socialist countryside.The rural area should pay more attention to bringing in university graduates and how to keep them there.
