摘    要:本文分析了我国高等教育发展观演化的四个阶段,论述了确立高等教育科学发展观的必要性,并从切实树立以人为本的价值观,树立以人为本的科学规模观、科学质量观、科学结构观、科学效益观等方面对高等教育科学发展观进行了论述。

Abstract:This paper analyses four evolved processes of the development view of our country's higher education, demonstrates that it is necessary to set up the development view of higher education and it carries on the elaboration to development view of the higher education from setting up scientific scale view of humanism、the scientific quality view、scientific structure view、scientific benefit view and so on.
