选择性肾动脉造影及肾动脉栓塞在肾肿瘤中的运用

APPLICATION OF SELECTIVE RENAL ARTERIOGRAPHY AND EMBOLISM OF RENAL ARTERY TO RENAL TUMOR

Application of seletive renal arteriography and embolism of renal artery to 9 caess of renal tumor before operation were reported. Arteriography would reveal a largl number of pathological blood vcsselsin the focus of renal cancer, would also show "signs of tumorstaining" at substantial stage. The blood-supply for tumor cames mainly fromrenal artery, accessory renal artery or suppramesenterial aretery and lumber artery. It was certain that renal cancer could be diagnosed by using arteriography and it also provide informantion for operation, which would reduce possible bleeding during the focus cleaning. After arteriograrhy,cmboliying the renal artery and other supplying artery with steel ring through catheter could relief such symptom as blood urine if the patient was not suitable for tumor resection.
