| 摘 要： | 培训中的案例教学是一种培训者与受训者直接参与,共同对教学案例或疑难问题进行讨论的教学方法。运用案例教学进行心理辅导教师培训能有效地调动培训者与受训者主动参与的积极性。心理辅导教师案例教学培训主要操作程序为:收集、提出案例;分析、讨论案例;反思、实践案例。
