坚硬薄煤层爆破开采技术研究

摘    要:通过对福建省坚硬薄煤层爆破开采技术研究分析,提出了煤层硬度系数不同,其研究侧重点不同.对于f=3左右的煤层,重在研究提高块煤率;f=4-6及以上的煤层,重在研究提高回采率.调研分析了生产实际中特别坚硬煤层爆破效果差的原因,并进行现场实验,提出了提高特别坚硬煤层爆破效果的改进方法.

Abstract:Through technical analysis on demolition mining engineering for hard thin coal beds in Fujian Province,this paper proposes that if the coal bed coefficient of hardness is different,the researched emphasis is accordingly different.For coal bed of f=3,the research should focus on the lump coal rate;for coal bed of f=4-6 and above,the research should focus on enhancing the recovery ratio.The paper also analyzes the reason in actual production of bad blasting of especially hard coal by investigation and carries on field experiments.In the end the authors proposes ways of improving blasting effects for especially hard coal bed.
