| 摘 要： | 为了缩短艺麻预处理时间，有效地去除苎麻中的胶质和木质素，本文应用次氨酸钠对芝麻进行快速预处理，预处理时间缩短为10min左右，对木质素的去除率较预酸处理高2.63％，对胶质的去除率较预酸处理略高。

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the quick pretreatment peocessing to reduce the time of ramiepretreatment and the effective removal of the gum and lignin of raw ramie effectively. In theexperiment we have used NaClO to pretreat raw ramie. Using NaClO in the pretreatmentprocessing not only can shorten the pretreatment time about 10 minutes but also can remove theresidual gum and lignin of ramie effectively. For removing lignin, NaClO processing is 26. 3%more effectively than acid processing. |
