摘    要:针对常压不用三氯化铁-氯化钠酸性溶液浸出高冰镍进行研究,实验考察了各种因素对浸出过程的影响。结果表明:该浸出过程主要取决于反应温度、时间和溶液初始三氯化铁浓度,高冰镍中的镍,铜、钴的浸出率均达90%以上,在此基础上,确定了适合了高冰镍浸出的联合工艺参数,并且得到镍的氯化物溶液。

Abstract:The Nis matte was leached by ferric chloride sodium chloride acid solution under normal pressure. All kinds of factors that affect the leaching process were studied. The result shows that the leaching processs depends mainly on the temperature,time and initial concentration of the ferric chloride solution. The union technique parameters for Nis matte leaching process are determined,and the nickel chloried solution is obtained.
