制备ZnO荧光体物理过程的研究

摘    要:本文对硫法制备氧化锌,荧光体的物理过程,进行了理论上的探讨,从而了解制备过程晶体中微观运动的基本轮廓。文中讨论了Frankel缺陷、超量Zn在晶体中的护散、晶体的延生、高溫淬火和球磨等过程对发光中心形成的作用与影响,並且认为,是某种填隙方式Zn原子形成受主能级,构成发光中心,还提出了相应的发光中心能带模型,通过分析,对制备过程各环节提出了原则性建议。

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the physical process of making ZnO fluorescent crystals by the sulphuric method and present the basic outline of the microscopic motion occurring during the making of fluorescent crystals. The effect and action of the process are discussed, i. e. the Frankel defects, the diffussion of excess zinc atoms, the extension of the crystal, the quenching after heat treatment and the grinding by vibratory milling. It has been concluded that the interstitial zinc atoms provide the acceptor level and act as luminescence centers. The latter's level model is suggested.In the end,some principles are proposed for the key processes of making crystals
