学校行政管理人员发展问题研究——组织系统论视角

从系统论的视角看,学校是一个具有“二重性”结构的组织系统。行政管理人员、教师、学生三者共同组成学校组织系统中的三大主体角色。现代学校组织的协调发展,使行政管理人员的发展问题显得尤其具有紧迫性。行政管理人员的发展过程包括个体、群体和全体三个层面,发展内涵包括认识、情感和行为三个范畴,发展路径主要通过学校组织系统中主体之间的发展循环机制得以实现。行政管理人员与学校组织系统中其他主体相互依存、相互影响,同步互动、协调发展。

On the Development Issues of Administration Personnel in School——View on Organizational System Theory

View on system theory,the school is an organizational system with "twoness" structure which includes administration personnel,teachers and students.It is necessary for the administration personnel to develop to construct the modern school.The essay thinks there are three layers of individual,colony and whole at the development process,three domains of cognitive,affective and behavioral at the development outcomes.The route of the administration personnel development is the cycle process between the three bodies at the college organization system.The mechanism development of administration personnel with teachers and students is the in-phase process to accelerate,affect each other.
