高性能RH浸渍管挠注料的研究

摘    要:采用致密刚玉(FDC)和电熔白刚玉(FWC)为主要原料,研究了活性α-AI2O3微粉、电熔镁砂(FM)细粉对RH浸渍管浇注料施工性能、力学性能的影响。研究表明,添加适量活性α-AI2O3微粉,能提高浇注料高、中、低温的力学强度,且对浇注的施工性能无明显的不利影响;而加入少量的电熔镁砂细粉,能调节浇注料的线变化率与低温强度。

Abstract:By adopting fused dense corundum(FDC) and fused white corundum(FWC) as the main raw materials, the influence of active α-Al2O3 micro powder and fused magnesia (FM) powder on the construction performance, mechanical performance and microstructure of RH-dipping tube castable was investigated. The results show that adding appropriate quantity of active α-Al2Os micropowder can improve the castable's mechanical strength while affecting not its construction capability and adding a small amount of fused magnesia powder can adjust the line change rate and low temperature mechanical strength of the castable.
