摘    要:在1982—1986年就黄腐酸拌种对小麦某些生理过程的影响及其增产作用进行了研究。 l、在温度较低的情况下,黄腐酸能促进小麦种子发芽,发芽势及发芽率明显提高。在较高温度下差异不显著。 2、黄腐酸拌种能促进小麦根系的生长,次生根条数与长度增加,并发现根系活力的提高与过氧化物酶活性的增加有关。麦苗生长健壮,根/冠比提高,叶绿素含量上升,干物质累积增加,对干旱、冻害等不良环境的抵抗力有所改善。 3、黄腐酸拌种使分蘖提前出现,冬前分蘖与有效穗数增加,每穗粒数及千粒重亦有所提高。 4、四年来多点小区对比试验及大面积示范推广表明,以每公斤种子用黄腐酸4克拌种效果较好,平均增产率达11%。

Abstract:The effects of pretreating wheat seeds with FA on some physiologi- cal processes and the increment of grain yield were studied in 1982-1986 It was observed that FA could promote the germination of wheat seeds when the temperature was lower, and this effect was not obvious when the temperature was higher. FA could accelerate the growth of root system, and resulting in the increase both of the number and the length of secondary roots. It was discovered that the enhancement of root viability was due to the raise of peroxidase activity. The seedlings pretreated by FA were more healthy and strong, and contained more chlorophyll and accumulated more dry matter than the control. Besides, it was observed that the resistance of wheat seedlings to drought and low temperature was improved. The pretreatment of FA made the wheat tillers to emergence ahead of time, and resulting in the increase of number of effective ears. By the same time, the grai n number per ear and the grain weight were also increased. Field trail s in Henan Province demonstrated when FA was used for the pretreatment of wheat seeds. grain yield increased by11% in average.
