| 摘 要： | 章村矿电厂利用脱硫技术,排放大量的工业废渣——脱硫石膏,水泥厂大力开展资源综合利用工作,利用电厂脱硫石膏替代二水石膏作为水泥缓凝剂生产水泥,不但解决了章村矿电厂脱硫石膏的排放问题,而且降低了水泥生产成本,同时也为企业带来了可观的经济效益和社会效益。
