摘    要:文中介绍了激光淬火提高气缸孔耐磨性的国内外研究及应用动态、技术难点、强化机理、激光处理工艺及淬火方式,讨论了激光淬火轨迹和表面预处理对强化效果的影响,总结并分析了不同缸体的强化效果.结果表明:在优化的工艺条件下,不仅激光淬火缸体的寿命提高2~3倍,而且与匹配的非激光处理活塞环的耐磨性也提高50%左右,机油颗粒排放量降低20%~ 25%.

Abstract:The development at home and abroad of laser quench for improving the wear-resistant properties of the cylinder liner is introduced. The key technologies, the mechanism of strengthening, laser processes, as well as quenching mode are analyzed. The effect of laser quench tracks and pre-treatments of the specimen surface upon strengthening effectiveness, and the experimental results of different processed cylinder liners and bodies are summarized. The results show that under the conditions of optimum processes, not only the life of the laser-processd cylinder bore is prolonged by 2- 3 times but also the wear-resistant properties of the pairing un-processed piston rings are improved and increased by 50%. The fuel discharge decreases by 20 % -25 %.
