| 摘 要： | ZJ112型卷接机组在实际运行中易发生搓板堵塞的故障,观察分析知缺嘴烟支吹拢效果不佳是其产生的主要原因.通过多次实验,最终通过在过渡轮结构上增加石墨配气块以提高缺嘴烟支的吹拢效果,从而解决了搓板易堵现象.

| Abstract: | ZJ112 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination brings the fault rolling block blocked easily among the actual operation in the tobacco factory.It was found out that the blowing device of cigarettes without filters were the main causes.And increasing the graphite valve block on the transfer drum can solve the case of poor results. |
