| 摘 要： | 目前，我国有8296万残疾人，其中农村残疾人6225万，比重高达75．04％。农村残疾人是一个特殊的弱势群体，他们组织起来成立形式多样的农村残疾人合作社，是我国政治发展、经济增长、文化建设、社会和谐的需要．也是社会稳定发展的因素之一。

| Abstract: | At present,there are 82.96 million disabled people in China,of which 62.25 million are rural people,accounting for 75.4%.As a special vulnerable group,it is necessary for them to establish various cooperation communities,which is the need for our country’s political development,economic growth,cultural construction and social harmony,also is a factor of social stability. |
