教师期望效应在教学中的应用

摘    要:教师期望效应是教师期望对学生的学习成绩和行为表现等产生的影响,分为正效应和负效应两种。教师要研究期望效应的作用模式,设置合理的期望目标,抑制负效应,促进正效应,促使学生沿着教师期望的积极方向不断发展。

Abstract:Teacher expectation effect is the impact of teachers’ expectations on students’ academic performance and behavior,reflecting as positive effect and negative effect.Teachers should study the role model of the expectation effect,set reasonable expectation goals,suppress the negative effect and promote the positive effect to make sure that students will develop in a positive way of teacher expectations.
