媒介素养与高校教师专业发展

随着高等教育改革的深入，高校教师的专业发展越来越受到重视，然而高校教师专业发展的内涵与意义虽得到了广泛的认可，但具体的实施途径与模式仍然是高等院校教育发展工作中的当务之急。面对这样一种现状，本文从分析信息化时代中媒介为高校教师专业发展提供新的机遇入手，进而论证了媒介素养与高校教师专业发展的关系，并提出了通过提升高校教师的媒介素养，促进其专业发展的具体途径与措施，以期对国内高校教师专业发展提供新的视角和帮助。

Media Literacy and Specialty Development of University Teachers

With the deepening of higher education reform,specialty development of university teachers gets more and more attention.Although the connotation and meaning have been widely recognized,the implementation of the specific ways and modes are urgent affairs in the development of high education.Facing with such situation,this paper demonstrates the relationship between media literacy and specialty development of university teachers by analyzing the opportunities that media brings to specialty development of university teachers in the information age,and put forward specific ways and measures to enhance the specialty development by promoting the media quality of university teachers,hoping to provide a new perspective and help for teachers’ professional development.
