| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of CPC proposed to implement the term system of Party representatives.The Central Committee printed and distributed Interim Regulations of the Party Representatives Term System on National Congress of CPC and Congress of Local Levels.After that,experimental work was carried out in universities.During the exploration,universities have gathered experience,but there are some practical issues that the overall quality of the Party representatives,the Party representatives’ right and system building need to be improved and strengthened.Efforts should be made in the implementation of term system of Party representatives,including improving the overall quality of the representatives,implementing their right and strengthening system construction. |
