完善吉林省失地农民再就业对策研究

吉林省作为农业大省在促进失地农民再就业、落实就业政策和打造劳务品牌方面取得了一定的成绩，但仍面临重重困难。因此应根据吉林省的具体情况，借鉴其他省份的经验，从普及就业教育、以创业带动就业、增强就业培训的时效性、为失地农民提供法律援助、推进劳务输出、建立失地农民失业保险体系等方面，多途径多渠道地促进失地农民再就业。

Research on Countermeasures of Land-expropriated Farmers’ Re-employment in Jilin Province

Jilin Province,as a big agricultural province,in which there are many achievements in accelerating the re-employment of land-lost peasants,carrying out employment policies and building labor brand.But it is facing a lot of difficulties.Based on the concrete conditions of Jilin Provice and drawn experiences from other provinces,this thesis gives some suggestion on the improvement of re-employment for peasants who lost their land from popularizing employment education,driving employment by entrepreneurship,strengthening time effectiveness of employment training,providing legal aid,advancing service export and setting up the insurance system.
