| 摘 要： | 通过合理模拟轮带的边界条件和受力状况，并采用功能强大的ANSYSY软件，建立了回转窑轮带的有限元分析力学模型，对有限元计算结果进行分析，了解轮带的力学行为，从而实用于回转窑的设计及调整。

| Abstract: | Through usingthe powerful software ANSYSY, we have simulated the boundary condition and mechanical conditions of rollers in reason and set up a finite element analysis mechanical model for rollers of rotary kiln. According to the analysis of finite element computing results, we have understood the mechanics action of rollers, which are the bases for designing and adjusting of rotary kiln. |
