植物油及其油泥生产燃料油的研究

摘    要:以植物油油泥经酸化提纯制取的酸化油及廉价非食用植物油为原料,加重油等石油油料勾兑,配制在常温下可直接供窑炉、锅炉使用的燃料油.并且报道了以酸化油、非食用植物油为原料,经酯交换、热裂化、催化裂化、催化重整、催化加氢等加工工艺,生产柴油、汽油的方法.

Abstract:The method of making combustible oil used for kiln and boiler is reported. The combustible oil was prepared by blending heavy oil, low-value inedible oil and acidified oil that was obtained from the vegetable oil tailings. The method of converting the acidified oil or inedible oil to fuel such as diesel and gasoline by hot breaking, FCC, catalyzed reforming or catalyzed hydrogenation is presented in this paper.
