| Abstract: | A good comprehensive pipelines design is needed to better the living environment of residential quarters, to solve the contradiction between land tension and pipelines construction and to guarantee the pipelines operation safety. The paper discusses the essential points and functions of comprehensive pipelines design from the perspective of design and construction. |
