| 摘 要： | 船舶制造企业属于国家支柱性产业,在国民经济中的地位举足轻重,但针对其生产计划与控制的研究还很缺乏,导致其管理落后、生产效率低下.为此,提出面向船舶制造企业的多层次生产计划模型、基于WBS任务包的任务管理模型、多层次资源管理模型,并根据某船厂实际情况进行系统实现,对模型的正确性和有效性进行了验证.

| Abstract: | Shipbuilding enterprise is one of pillar industries of the state,but researches on its production plan and control are rare,thus leads to its low efficiency.So a muhilayer production plan model is proposed,which is a task management model based on WBS package and a muhilayer resource management model for shipbuilding enterprise.Further more a management system was developed and its success proofed the correctness and effectiveness of the models. |
