一种新型合流排水泵站水力模型试验研究

摘    要:成都路合流排水泵站地处上海闹市地区,可供建站场地十分狭小,故采用了圆形进水池,水泵无流槽,用溢流墙将进水池隔为污水泵的和雨水泵的进水池,雨水泵出水池为圆筒塔式,污水泵出水池为扇形,整个结构形式新颖,在水力模型试验研究中,进行了有流槽方案和无流槽方案的对比试验,结果表明无流槽方案优于有流槽方案,此外还进行了水泵合理布置,亦即进水池直径的研究,溢流墙分隔面积(位置)、形状、高的研究,水流流态,水面互衔

Abstract:he Chengdu Road confluence drainage pump station is situated in downtown shanghai. The available construction area is very limited. Thus the round water intake pool is adopted. There is no trough for the pumps, and the spillway wall is used to seperate the intake pool into two pools,one for foulwater pump, the other for rainwater pump. The outlet pool for the rainwater pump is cylindric tower-shaped, and the one fOr the foulwater pump is fan-shaped.The whole style of the structure is novel and is the first in China. The purpose of the present Hydraulic modeI testis to compare the alternative with trough with the alternative without it. The result shows that the alternative without trough is better. In addition the optimun arrangement of pumps is studied including the diameter of the intake pool,the area and shape of the spillway wall seperated pools, height, hydrodynamic situation,connection of hydraulic plane lines, optimun number of pumps in operation some suggestions are put forward about the improrement of intake gate and outlet conduit.
