偏光显微镜双光谱法探索牦牛绒漂白工艺

摘    要:根据牦牛绒具有各向异性的特点,利用带有红光(660nm)和蓝光(470nm)的干涉滤光片的偏光显微镜观察牦牛绒在漂白处理后红、蓝干涉色的变化,发现预处理过程中FeSO4用量以及氧化过程中H2O2用量与牦牛绒干涉色变化有一定规律。实验表明,将脱色毛绒干涉色的红蓝比与漂白浴中的FeSO4用量或H2O2用量作图时出现一最大值。此最大值恰好与要求毛绒产品强力下降较少(与原毛绒相比)及白度较好的条件相符。因

Abstract:According to the anisotropic character of yak hair,its red-blue ratio of interfer-ence colour after each bleaching treatment is obsered by a polarization microscope with red(660nm)and blue(470nm)filter plates,It is found that there exists a relation between the red-blue ratio of interference colour of bleached yak hair with the contents of FeSO4 and H2O2 in theoxidizing bath. It shows that as the former is plotted against the latter,there appears a maxi-mum of curve,And this maximum point coincides with the condition to get better strength andwhiteness of bleached yak hair. The author proposes using this maximum as a reference tochoose the suitable bleaching technology.
