| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务在我国的迅速发展,电子商务生态化趋势日益显著,电子商务生态体系中知识共享成为一项重要研究课题。在对国内外相关文献进行梳理的基础上,运用知识转移螺旋模型（SECI）分析了电子商务生态环境下的知识共享机理,阐明了电子商务生态体系中知识共享的驱动因素,提出了电子商务生态环境下构建知识共享体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the eco-trend of e-commerce is getting increasingly prominent,and the knowledge-sharing of e-commerce eco-system has been an important topic.After literature review from both at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the knowledge-sharing mechanism under e-commerce environment,clarified the drivers of knowledge-sharing under the e-commerce eco-system based on the use of knowledge transfer spiral model（SECI）.Finally,it proposed countermeasures and proposals concerning how to build a knowledge-sharing system under e-commerce environment. |
