| 摘 要： | 建立基于3DGIS技术的重大危险源信息系统,以三维动态视景形象,直观地向用户展示重大危险源的现实状态及事故模拟结果,有针对性地提高化工企业重大危险源监管水平及事故应急救援能力,对预防和控制重大事故有重要的意义.文章介绍了系统的目标、任务、体系结构和数据库的设计,以及系统的主要功能与关键技术.

| Abstract: | Development of major hazard information system based on 3DGIS,will visually display user actual state of major hazard and result of accident simulation in three-dimensional scene,and improve level of safety management of chemical industry enterprise,and has great effects on preventing and controlling accident.This paper systemically discusses the target,task,system structure,and design of database.The system's main function and pivotal technique are described in detailed,too. |
