橡胶等静压技术发展现状

摘    要:本文介绍了一种以橡胶为传压介质,利用橡胶在高压下的流动性,对橡胶软模内的粉体施加压力,使粉体均匀受力而类似于等静压技术的橡胶等静压技术(RIP技术),同时对橡胶等静压的原理、设备、各国的发展现状和应用前景等进行了讨论.

Abstract:Rubber isostatic pressing(RIP) technique has been introduced in this paper.It is a unique molding technique in which rubber serves as a medium of pressure transmission according to rubber's fluidity under high pressure.The powder in the rubber mold will be compacted uniformly.The deformation can be isotropic and similar to that of Isostatic Pressing.The principles,equipments,advances and developments of rubber isostatic pressing technique are also discussed in the paper.
