| 摘 要： | 以阜阳市居民为主要研究对象，运用文献资料、问卷、实地调查、数理统计等研究方法对阜阳市居民参与全民健身活动（体育健身的态度、运动项目、锻炼时间以及参加人员的职业和经济情况等）进行了问卷调查与统计分析．结果认为：当前阜阳市全民健身活动正在逐步深入社区、家庭，居民对实施《全民健身计划纲要》的态度是积极的，但是有很大一部居民对体育锻炼的价值和作用缺乏科学的认识．
