复合纤维增强复合树脂无石棉摩阻材料研究

摘    要:本工作研制了一类新型复合纤维增强复合树脂无石棉摩阻材料.研制的复合树脂聚合物有高的热稳定性,研制的摩阻材料有高的摩擦稳定性和耐磨性,特别适合于制造高性能的轿车用制动器材片.

Abstract:This work developed the asbestos-free friction materials which is a compositematerial on the synthetic rein fooed composits resin basis with complex fibres. The thermalstability of the synthetic composite resin,the friction and wear properties of this compositematerials were investigated. The results indicated that this synthetic composite resin andthis asbestor-free friction materials have high thermal stability,stable friction propertiesand high wear resistance. This materials are suitable to make the high properties brake linings and pads for vehicles.
