摘    要:将聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维在空气气氛中于180~240℃范围内进行预处理,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)测试手段考察了预处理过程中形成的初期结构及其含量对纤维后续反应热性能的影响。结果表明:PAN纤维预处理过程中形成的含氧结构影响纤维的后续反应热性能;初期形成的含氧结构及其含量具有明显的时间效应和温度效应。

Abstract:Polyacrylonitrile fibers were pretreated in air at temperatures ranging from 180℃ to 240℃.The effect of the initial structure formed during pretreatment and its content on the subsequent thermal properties were studied by DSC and FT-IR.The results showed that structures containing oxygen formed during pretreatment of the PAN fiber and affected the subsequent thermal properties of the fibers.The nature of the oxygen bearing structures and their content varied with the time and temperature employed in the pretreatment step.
