The Signing of a Scientific Paper

This paper analyzes the significance, principles and conventions of the signing of the author(s)'s names of a scientific paper, points out the proper treatment of some relations involved in the signing, and concludes that the signing of a scientific paper is the author(s)'s statement of his/their copy right or patent right as well as an expression of the author(s)'s sense of responsibility for his/their views. Hence, an honest and serious attitude is needed to the problem of the signing of a scientific paper.
