| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyzed the uncertainties on the risk analysis and elaborated the content framework of risk analysis,including identification,measurement,and prevention.Also we suggested making some system design of making plan,determining the key variables,perfecting the information system,exploiting the new tools and establishing the risk re-serves. |
