摘    要:研究了以APDC+DDTC/MIBK+环己烷+醋酸丁酯为协同革取体系,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定水中微量铜、铅、锌、镉的方法。其检测限(PPb),铜为2.0,铅为4.0,锌为0.3,镉为0.5。根据溶液酸度、萃取剂配比、萃取剂用量、萃取时间、有机相的稳定性等对吸光度的影响,选择出较佳的萃取条件,由方法的准确度和精密度证实了方法的可靠性。

Abstract:This paper studies the method of determining the trace of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in H_2O, using APDC+DDTC/MIBK + cyclehexane +n - bytylacetate as synergism system and the flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limit (ppb) for Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd is 2.0, 4.0, 0.3 and 0.5, respectively. The correspondent extraction condition has been found. It has influence on absorbanee of light, e. g.acidic degree of the solution, component and amount of the extractant, extraction time and stability of organic phase. The reliability of this method has been examined by accuracy and precision.
