| 摘 要： | 周恩来同志在1963年<过好"五关">的报告中,要求领导干部严格要求自己,一步一步地过好思想关、政治关、社会关、亲属关和生活关,对于当时条件下加强干部队伍的思想作风建设起到了积极推动作用.在新形势下,报告仍然具有十分重要的现实意义和指导作用.领导干部要过好"五关",必须做到六个"正确对待".

| Abstract: | In the report of "Passing the Five Passes"in 1963, Zhou En-lai asked the leaders to restrict themselves rigidly and step by step passed the five passes smoothly, which played an active promotional role in reinforcing the thinking style of the leadership at that time.Under new circumstances, it still has great realistic significance and guiding role. In order to pass the five passes, the leaders must manage to do "the six proper handlings". |
