建设西安为西北地区金融中心战略态势向量评价模型

对建设西安为西北地区金融中心战略态势的评价方法进行了研究。提出一种基于向量理论的新的评价方法，建立了理想趋势向量、实际状态向量、向量评价值、实际状态偏离角等概念和模型。获得了比传统方法更加客观、准确的评价效果。

Vector Evaluation Model of Strategic Situation for Building Xi' an into the Financial Centre in North-West China

In order to appaise the strategic situation objectively and accrately referring to con-structing Xi'an into the financial centre in north-west China, the authors present a ncw evalua-tion method based on the vector theory, putting forward and setting up some conccpts and mod-els such as idcal tendency vector, actual conditional vector, value of vector evaluation, and baisangles of factual situation. Compared with traditional evaluation methods the new method givesmore objective and accurate evaluation results.
