高精度内圆磨床微机控制系统

摘    要:介绍的内国磨床微机控制系统,是采用目前性能先进的STD总线工业控制计算机。此实现了轮承磨削的自动化、程序化生产,改变了原人工手动作业磨创中型轴承高劳动强度、低生产效率、低成品率的状况,并可取得显著的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces the STD bus industrial contrl computer with the advancedperformances adopted in the microcomputer control system of internal grinder with high precisionwhereby achieving automatization and routinization production of ball bearing grinding and cutting. Accordingly, labour with high-intensity, low production efficiency and low rate of readymade products by the origninal manual operation are changcd in medium-sized ball bearing grinding and cutting with the remarkable economic results obtained.
